What if I don’t get my coupon id or my SMS gets deleted?

If you haven’t got your coupon id, please go through your registered email address. In case you haven’t got an email, please check your order history or feel free to contact us at customercare@goclubbingnetwork.com

What if I am not able to avail my deal on the booked date?

No Problem, the coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Incase, you fail to redeem it within 30 days your coupon will be considered null and void.

How much do I pay online if I choose to pay at the venue?

You have to pay 5% of the total booking amount online, before visiting the Restaurant. You can pay the remaining amount after you have dined at the Restaurant.

What do I do once I reach the venue?

You need to show your coupon id to the restaurant manager/or concerned person before availing the deal.

Can I change my date of booking?

We are not providing for reservations, the coupon offered to you is valid for 30 days. Please check with the restaurant for the next available time & date.

Is there any age bar?

Yes to avail any deal that includes alcohol you need to be of a legal drinking age according to the restaurant laws.

Can a friend of mine go on my behalf if I have booked a deal?

Yes he/she can. All you need to do is provide the coupon id shared to you by Go Clubbing.

Are there any hidden charges or taxes applicable over the amount mentioned on the website?

No this is a flat rate and you do not need to pay anything above that. The amount mentioned on the website is inclusive of all taxes and other applicable charges. Incase, you order anything apart from the deal booked by you at Go Clubbing, you would need to pay for that at the venue according to their charges and Go Clubbing holds no responsibility for the orders placed by you at the venue.The taxes and charges are also applicable on the Offers booked by you at Go Clubbing according to the restaurant’s policy

Is the reservation of booking taken care by GCN?

No, the bookings are taken care by the restaurants. Request you to check with the restaurant for the availability of your booking.

What if the brand I’ve booked isn’t available at the bar?

You will be provided with a similar brand of the same value in case of unavailability of the particular brand booked.
